I came to San Diego, specifically El Cajon, just so I can buy Royal Sweets' baklava and...uhh...their pudding ( I really don't know what it is called and don't know what the ingredients are but please check out the pix). This time around, I see they added more sweets: Gelato, cakes, and cookie sticks. Man oh man, I wish I can buy and then eat them all!!

Growing up with an Egyptian mother who makes all of the Middle Eastern pastries that I love, my bar is VERY high! The amazing selection and flavors were immaculate and on point! Had the authentic flavors and textures that I'm used to! And by far the most reasonable prices! Also, we had a very indecisive little one with us who wanted to sample every flavor of ice cream they had (that I thought were delicious) and the staff were very patient with her (thank you for that). I wish I could give them more stars!!! Thank you for an awesome experience!!! We will be back!

Baklava!!! It's so nice to get treats here once in a while. I love pistachios so it's a plus for me to enjoy! I also like trying out other stuff I haven't tried / seen before. Great flavors and textures!!!! Try this place out!!!

Excellent Iraqi sweets! Took very good care of us and allowed us to taste a variety while choosing out desserts for a special event. They even provided us with complementary ice cream after our purchase. The staff was very kind and willing to recommend a variety of options for us that suited our event perfectly. The baklava was very delicious and they had a large amount of variety. There was some with chocolate and some with a tupe of custard like filling. They also had a variety of cakes and other desserts that we did not try, but they looked absolutely delicious. They had a bunch of cookies with a variety of designs and they make for a very good looking desserts table for our event. The service was very serviceable. The lady who served us was very kind and hospitable.
